Every day is an admin day with Barnet + Boatrace!  We understand that waiting until a Monday for us to answer your email or text message isn't ideal so we endeavour to return all of your calls and messages within 24 - 48 hours. 

Olga has a diverse career background from legal to recruitment as well as cosmetic sales, IT and HR so has a wealth of professional experience to look after you well. 

As founder of Barnet + Boatrace she fully manages each and every booking by responding to all of your questions and liasing with the Hair and Makeup Team for your wedding.

Whether you need help completing your booking form, arranging your Preview appointment or passing on feedback to your Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist she is there each step of the way.

Number 2: Excellent Organisation

We have one central place for your booking kept securely online so that all of your important information is stored safely together.

It’s here in the background that the magic happens!  Your hair and makeup team liaise with each other to ensure that everyone is kept in the loop with all of your booking details such as timings for the day, pictures and notes from your preview as well as any other important info.  

This is also a handy tool for us in case anyone is unexpectedly taken ill as it makes it a lot easier for another member of the team to step in at short notice!

We have also recently introduced a Client Portal so you can view all of your important dates, documents and invoices in one handy place at any time of the day.

Number 3: Quirky by Name, Quirky by Nature!

If you're not a Londoner you might not be familiar with the company name Barnet and Boatrace!   So you're not left in the dark, "Barnet" is cockney rhyming slang for Barnet Fair ie Hair...  and "Boat Race" is cockney rhyming slang for Face! 

Not all of us have been fortunate enough to work or live in the capital, however we do have a great mix of 20 makeup artists and hair stylists at different ages, personalities as well as career stages.  

We all share the same work ethos, communicating exciting new products that we’ve discovered, styling ideas and other useful tips!

Olga always does her best to pair the right makeup artists with hair stylists to create a strong wedding beauty and styling team.

We try and grab a coffee (or wine!) together when we can so that we get to know each other on a more personal level too which always helps us bond on our wedding jobs too.
