We have one central place for your booking kept securely online so that all of your important information is stored safely together.
It’s here in the background that the magic happens! Your hair and makeup team liaise with each other to ensure that everyone is kept in the loop with all of your booking details such as timings for the day, pictures and notes from your preview/trial as well as any other important info.
This is also a handy tool for us in case anyone is unexpectedly taken ill as it's easy for another member of the team to step in at short notice if required.
We have also have a Client Portal so you can view all of your important dates, documents and invoices in one handy place at any stage.

If you're not a Londoner you might not be familiar with the company name Barnet + Boatrace! So you're not left in the dark, "Barnet" is cockney rhyming slang for Barnet Fair ie Hair... and "Boat Race" is cockney rhyming slang for Face!
We have a great mix of 20 makeup artists and hair stylists with some having previously lived or worked in top salons in London.
We have a diverse mix of at ages, genders and personalities as well as career stages which is reflected in our Price Guide.
We all share the same work ethos and passion in making our clients feel relaxed and more beautiful. Olga always strives to pair the right makeup artists with hair stylists to create a strong wedding beauty and styling team.
We try and meet at least once a week for a coffee and catch up where we get to share our knowledge and get to know each other on a more personal level which helps us bond on wedding jobs too.
