Olga
FOUNDER & lead Makeup artist
Olga first dipped her toe in the cosmetics world in 2004 after attending one of Richard Branson's infamous skincare and cosmetics parties (Virgin Vie) and decided to join the company and train to be a Makeup and Skincare consultant.
Her passion for makeup meant she quickly progressed through the ranks and was promoted to Group Sales Manager winning 5 star all expenses paid trips to places such as Hong Kong, champagne tasting in Reims, France as well as trips on the Orient Express.
Throughout her networking she would often be asked if she could do wedding makeup so undertook advanced training within the company and found her niche for making brides feel confident in their skin with the power of makeup.
Olga loves the BeautyLab and Mii Cosmetics range and has undertaken training at the Susan Gerrard Academy to enhance her skills and ensure she is always keeping her product and application knowledge up to date.
Olga deals with all of the enquiries that come in, prepares all of the quotes and coordinates each booking with her hand picked hair and makeup team.
In 2017 Olga created Barnet + Boatrace after collaborating on numerous freelance wedding assignments with her longstanding hairdresser and friend Tandee. They have been working together on bridal makeup and hair styling for over 20 years now.

Tandee has always had a flair for fashion and a creative eye. After leaving college she trained locally at Joanne's in 1995.
Tandee is a multi talented hairdresser with a background in colouring and cutting working full time at various salons locally. In 2001 Tandee took the leap and went self employed servicing her clients in the comfort of their own home.
After having her first child she decided to follow her passion and specialise in Wedding Hair Styling.
Tandee loves creating boho styles with braids and plaits.
Her favourite products to use for hair that lasts the duration of the day are the TIGI Professional range.

As the business has grown, Olga has built up relationships with other friendly hair stylists and makeup artists within Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire with a variety of backgrounds working in local salons such as Tony & Guy, Headmasters, Level, A'Courts, Synergy and Simone Thomas as well as salons in London.
We have a total of 20 makeup artists and hair stylists (as well as a good network of other Pro's outside of our team) so you needn't worry about what might happen in the rare circumstance that your MUA or Stylist is taken sick.
